Staff could be friendlier (even the songs on the doors were kind of harsh) and they over filled my daughter's cup so it was melting all over as soon as she stepped outside resulting in tears and her not being able to eat it. Large portions are usually a good thing but not for little ones and there were no napkins available. Mine was yummy though.
