What Mary K dislikes about Simply Scoops:
We spent almost $30 on pizza rolls and a family size French fries. One family in front of us and the wait was still 25 mins. When we did get the food it was was over cooked. I asked the staff if they think they over cooked it and they said no that's how they cook it. No help or empathy. So I don't really like the fact they didn't even apologize or try to fix it. Friendly service with many choices of ice cream and cone styles, even edible waffle bowls. They do not skimp on the size of scoop.
We were in port burwell for 4 days and came here 5 times, needless to say, we loved it! Seriously had the best selection of ice cream, soft serve, frozen yogurt, and other delicious treats. If you are in the area it is well worth the visit. Also a kiddie cone gets you two decently sized scoops, in my opinion the perfect amount of ice cream.
Stopped in for a cool treat after spending the day at the beach. Tons of flavours and different options including deep fried ice cream, deep fried mars bar, yogurt, soft serve, hard ice cream, sundaes and more.The hard ice cream had tons of flavours and sugar free options. Soft serve was delicious too.Nice patio or tables in the a/c. Accept cash or debit.Highly recommend.
Serves up icecream at stupidly huge sizes (a single scoop is really a very generous double) and ok-ish prices. Plus, they have over 50 flavours to choose from. Perfect stop for a summer (or any season) snack.
Delicious icecream, a little on the pricey side, but it's nice to have an ice cream shop in town!
