Chateau De Sully - Bayeux

Was an amazing experience and a great basic to stay while viewing the environment. very peaceful and soothing. the food was excellent and the service excellent. I'll be back in my life sometime.

We organized a tour in the normandie with chateau de sully as basic for 3 nights, 4 days. due to the personal shortage in the opposite they run with a very small team, but what a great team they have! the staff worked very hard and was very polite and helpful. maryline in the back office was very appealing and helpful. greg and the rest of the office staff could no longer help us. the kitchen staff served fantastic meals worthy of their michelin star. the rooms were spacious and tidy. the hotel has no star rating, but I would definitely rate it 4 stars. do not hesitate to book a break in this beautiful chateau.

Eating is very good and partly innovativ. the service adequate. the environment is beautiful.

The setting is splendid. a meal full of stars. A real pleasure! refined, unpretentious. presentation of dishes and wines by a nice server. chat t exchange interesting with m. server. personal listening. staff full of attention and surprises. Nothing to say. breakfast served by the agathe smile was just exceptional. always with quality and local products. m. e. r. c. i. we have had a pleasant time in your business.

Beautiful setting and top food with organic and local food. but little choice even if the season is not conducive to a large variety there is something else than the foie gras to thrive because it is responsible for a great animal suffering. I would have liked asparagus; it's the season. A vegetarian dish would be welcome. progress to be made.
