Burger King - Bay Minette

I placed an online order for drive through pick up, after waiting in a 20 minutes line outside I was told at the window that my order had to be picked up inside. When I told them it was a drive through specific order they told me I had to come in anyway. I’m medically disabled due to my knees so this was quite the annoyance. After parking the only doors near the parking lot were closed and locked even with people inside and I was forced to go all the way around the building. Entering, the entire lobby area was filled with smoke for some reason and every surface including the counter and tables was sticky. When I told the inside sttendant I had an online order he literally didn’t say one word to me just walked off with a receipt and I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for food.

The lady working yesterday was Amazing she helped Me out with My food and fixed the food and she cares about her customers because of this employee I will go back to Burger King she is the only reason I will be going back to Burger KingVegetarian options: The Impossible Whopper is so goodWheelchair accessibility: Love the fact that all booths are Wheel Chair accessible

My classic chicken wrap that is supposed to have the tortilla, chicken, lettuce, tomato, and sauce came with no lettuce or tomato and very little sauce. Took forever to put our order in through the drive thru.

My mother recently went to the Burger King in BayMinette Al 36507 on McMeans Ave. the supervisor answered the speaker by saying what. This is very unprofessional! Then gave her her food and it was beyond BURNT! Her impossible whopper was charred beyond belief. It was not edible and should have NEVER been served. Then when she returned to bring the sandwich back, she went into the establishment and stood there and was never addressed or asked if she needed her order taken. The supervisor looked at her numerous times and continued working as she stood there for about 7-8 min and never being properly addressed. She finally told him about the brick sandwich and he didn’t offer as much as an apology and never spoke to her. He turned around walked off and continued working bagging food. Later he finally returned her funds after waiting about another 3-4 minutes gave her her money and walked away still not acknowledging her! The worst fast food EXPERIENCE EVER! We will NEVER eat at Burger King again. I feel you should know the type of of people you have working for you! If I could… I would give ZERO stars!

Not the best location, staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there asked for no salt on my fries not only did they serve it salted it was cold
