Drive through personnel added 1.00 to your charity hand drive without my authorization. I asked if they did this to all customers without their knowledge and was told yes sir but that they could refund me my 1.00 if I 'd like. This is taking money from your customers without their consent and is tantamount to theft. View all feedback.
Great place to eat if you're in the mood for Arby's! They usually get you in and out...
Went thru the drive thru for a roast beef sandwich. They were fast and efficient and very friendly.
The crew at Loxley Arby's is awesome. Everyone there is an asset. Great job crew!
They left out my shake which was the main thing I ordered and when I called back they acted like I was a bum and I was lying
