Instead of a proper box, my tacos were just tossed into a bag with the rest of my order, which made it look very messy. As a result, some tacos slipped out of their wrappers and spread all over the inside of the bag. I recently moved to Bay City, and I had hoped this would become my go-to Taco Bell, especially since I discovered they offer chili and cheese burritos. However, the burritos had way too much cheese and barely any chili. Additionally, the bottom of the bag was soaked, as if something had leaked inside. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I don't plan to return. I noticed the other reviews and think the owner should take a look at how the restaurant is being managed—I doubt they will, though. Since it's located by the highway, most customers probably just stop by once and never come back. Honestly, I would rate this place a big fat ZERO!

In all my 40 years, I've never encountered something like this in a restaurant. They should take responsibility for this, but I'm aware that nothing will likely come of it. It's disheartening! Your establishment is truly a dirty shame. The owner and management should be ashamed of the food they serve to the public. I plan to reach out to local health officials about this.
