Our server was excellent and made sure we always had water and coffee refills. We ordered from the breakfast bar, but I wasn't very impressed. The sausage gravy for the biscuits was way too thick, almost like glue, and the biscuits themselves were stale. Additionally, the eggs didn't taste good at all. If it weren't for the outstanding service, I would have given a lower rating. View all feedback.
What Daphne O'Hara doesn't like about Big Boy:
Today was an awful experience. Went out to have a makeshift turkey day lunch and got the completely wrong order brought out to the table, was not served for 15+ minutes, had to have a waitress change because of the original one not performing her job. The only saving grace is that the manager gave us a discount on our meal and the new waitress was incredibly nice and apologetic. View all feedback.
The food was excellent! My waitress was very friendly and frequently checked in on me. Although the service started off a bit slow, I realized she was the only server attending to all the tables. She was incredibly nice and had a wonderful sense of humor! I would give her 5 stars!
Our server was fantastic; we were never without water or coffee. We tried the breakfast bar, but I wasn’t very impressed. The sprout for the cookies had a sticky texture, and the biscuits were undercooked, lacking flavor. If it weren't for the excellent service, I would have rated this experience even lower.
It’s pretty much like any other popular spot. I ordered the potato patties, and they were excellent. The service was great, but the coffee was $2.59, and since I only had one cup, I didn’t think it was worth it. However, we enjoyed our meal, and the place was clean.
The menu is pretty good. the service is appropriate. the prices are average, except the salatbar seems from the sortiment. they can get a plate of the same tool for less, except they lose the opportunity to go gay. at the weekend is breakfast bar fun. all that that her wife won't let her eat.
Worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant without even eating. Ten minutes of waiting to be seated for a party of 3 , we had to point out to an employee we were there to be acknowledged. The waitress was pleasant and we asked for a few minutes to decide, roughly 15 minutes later she returned and placed our order. which consisted mostly of items already on the buffet Waiting 15 minutes for a refill of water, numerous dead bugs on the ledge inches from the booth, 35 minutes without being checked on once or told why the hold-up , and other customers receiving their food before us that showed up after, we opted to leave.
