Arby's - Bay City

Very nice old style arby’s. friendly service and very fast service. eating is now available in the interior. the prices are the norm, as far as somewhat higher than some almost foods, but it is worth it.

New marketfresh buffalo packaging ordered. it was very good. but they could have been more generous with the blue cheese. bathroom was clean as the dining room, but not immaculate. service was good to experience moderate waiting times with some customers. the music was acceptable, however, as loud as being obnoxic and making the conversation difficult. in the bathroom, the volume of music was naturally worse due to the acoustic properties (nearly painful). Edit: great work that adjusts this volume. very improved culinary experience.

Always love arby's great eating and when my order is wrong, the friendly staff are there to make it all better. for example, I order the $12 family package and we have with only slides to house and are 2 big sandwiches where missing. we cried and they where very understanding and offered the 2 sandwiches and a free shake and what I call costumer service! total I give them 5/5 in taste 5/5 in service 3/5 for waiting time. overall I would give this place 5/5 in total! please stop them and accept them for themselves that they will not regret it!

The food was made in a rush, cheese and sauce in one area of sandwich and tiny amount. and was cold when we got home 10 min later. Still delicious, but I like Hot Beef n Cheddar sandwiches and Curly fries. That's why I gave a 4 star rating.

Price has gone up as expected with everything elsewhere. Unfortunately our dining experience lately has been old food and not as great of quality as I'd expect for price.
