Online ordering is hardly ever available. If you do manage to get an order in, you'll be disappointed. The portion sizes are a joke. Ingredients will be missing. My last order contained no lettuce and maybe a teaspoon of rice(not exaggerating). Oh and ifyou order a bowl they'll forget to put a fork in the bag. Seriously, they may as well shut this Chipotle down. By far the worstone I've been to. I'll just spend a little more money at El Tequila or California Burrito.
Went for a burrito bowl. Ordered double chicken. They had to scrape the bottom of the pan to get a normal portion. Wanted guacamole, but they were out. I saw some at the for delivery station. They said they couldn 't serve from there as it was onlyfor delivery orders. They did charge me for double chicken and what did add was really dry.
Pleasantly surprised very pleased! Probably the best Chipotle experience I?ve ever had. I?m from Rochester our Chipotle?s are sooooo awful (they literally leave them abandoned and unlocked while the comp accepts mobile orders so when people go therethe receipts are across the floor no employees there at all). This place was nothing like that! I ordered in the app, drovethere they have a convenient drive thru window. I also was able to get a lime on the side. ???? the female employee was verysweet and helpful. Thank you guys for the best fast food experience I?ve had in a really long time. ????
I NEVER bash a business because I know things happen. We 're human, we make mistakes. However, I 've given this location upwards of 5 chances before warning the public. Chipotle Mexican Grill in Brainerd, MN is a joke. This apparently is their idea of aBarbacoa Bowl with cheese, lettuce, meat, cheese, rice, and beans. As you can tell this is not it and it 's missing half theportion. This is also halves of avocados making up the large guacamole . I didn 't drive 50 miles round trip or pay $60 for ourmeals to get this. ???? A BOGO meal is their idea of fixing the problem, however I shouldn 't have to buy anything in order toget the meal that I already paid for to begin with. The label has the contents of the order, how hard is it to follow what 's onit?! Jokes on me for only reading the labels on the containers instead of actually opening them to insure accuracy. Lessonlearned. This place has gone down hill. No stars from me. I 've given them too many chances just to be let down and disappointed.Will never return. Stay away!
This location was great when they first opened. After a few months it slowly went down hill until it was at rock bottom. Mobile ordering is NEVER available, the counter where you are suppose to order food is super dirty all the time and they consistentlyare out of several ingredients. If you decide to go into the store expect a line out the door. Multiple times I have come andseen only 1 employee on the bar and checking people out.

Disgusting dirty. Had to ask for someone to clean off a table. Not one clean! Floor was filthy. Garbages all full. Kitchen was gross. Food was ok. But felt gross eating it?
Busy lunch hour and only one person filling orders. i’ve been in line over 30 minutes and still have several ahead of me.
This is place is a mess. Both times we have been there, food is all over the counter and floor, ingredients are out -no veggies, no corn, no guacamole! I understand being short staffed but a good manager could help this place a lot!Vegetarian options: No veggies available
Had a bad experience. Place was dirty. Not one clean table at 5:15 p.m. only tables being used and all the rest were dirty. Only 3 forks left, 1 lid for small drink left. All 4 garbage were full. Floor had food all over and some bags and containers. Even the food counter had food all over it. Corn, guacamole, lettuce, etc. all around the food trays. 6 people working of which 2 were standing visiting. Found some stringy stuff in my guacamole. More people coming in now for evening meal. None of staff paid any attention to the dirty dining room.
I placed an order online, and arrived during the allotted (should be ready by) time. I sat in the drive thru (two cars ahead of me) for 15 minutes before making it to the window. I was informed it would still be a while. So I waited for an additional 15 minutes .When the order was ready I was informed they were out of chips. I asked them to refund that part of my order and was met with a response of “I don’t know how to do that”Then i graciously agreed to let it go and not worry about the $4, and drove home. Only to find my order was completely messed up and I can’t even eat it!! I tried calling the restaurant several times and they won’t pick up, and you can’t leave a message.I understand being understaffed, I understand having new employees. But the combination of everything is extremely frustrating!!! I wasted money and time on a special day where this was the food choice for a birthday lunch.Normally I let this stuff go, but I am really frustrated. Chipotle isn’t cheap, and the service/food does not match the price. If they are willing to make it right, im willing to change the review.
