This was by far the dirtiest Cherry Berry we've ever visited. The floors, tables, furniture, and dispensers were all unclean. The furniture appeared as if it had never been cleaned. Additionally, there were no samples available due to COVID, yet all the add-ons were left out in the open. We won't be returning.
I just visited the place about 10 minutes ago and tried two different flavors. Unfortunately, the cake batter flavor tasted spoiled—extremely sour, which was such a letdown since it was delicious the last time I visited. The cotton candy flavor was a bit better, but it still didn't taste fresh. I think I'll choose Cold Stone next time.
One of the flavors was turning sour, but the young staff didn’t have the means to resolve the issue.
The manager here is great! Always fun to talk to, very down to earth. Selection is great, samples are always nice. I follow keto, so don't really come here all that often, but if I wanted yummy, sugary frozen yogurt.. it would be my choice over other ice cream/yogurt places.
Sales person was really nice, yogurt is great!!!
