What Selmer Balistreri doesn't like about Arby's:
I visited this restaurant a week ago and ordered the two-course special. I was informed that I didn't need a voucher for it. When I returned a week later without the voucher, I was denied the special based on my previous visit. I would have been happy to provide the voucher if I was aware it was required. It was excellent but I was disappointed ardys stopped potato cakes so I only had the roast beef 1/2 pounder.
Went to eat there and they only had drive through open. Eating in the parking lot sucked!
It took very long on the trip thru also not one of the sandwiches I had ordered.
This Arby's has consistently done a good job. I enjoyed a snack of two sliders and a drink for only $3. This helps make a holiday shopping trip so easy for those of us in rural areas.
Very disappointed with our food today. If I had opened it prior to leaving I would have turned it back in. Ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 of them had I am guessing the butt of the beef which should have been thrown out by them and not me.
