Deb at the drive-thru, in particular, needs to allow customers to finish speaking without interrupting them. Additionally, over half of the menu was unavailable during my visit. The service felt rushed to keep the line moving, yet it took a long time to receive my order.

This particular location consistently forgets items or mixes up orders. I'm currently waiting for them to fix my order once again. It’s frustrating that something as simple as ensuring everything is in the bag isn’t done right. It defeats the purpose of the drive-thru if we have to stop and go back inside to have our order corrected.

Our food was ready almost before we finished paying, which truly impressed us. As visitors from out of town, it had been a long time since we experienced a fast food restaurant of such high quality. The way the 2 for $7 menu deal was presented made it feel like we were getting extra value with additional food (we also added nuggets). The cashier, Angie, kindly asked my toddler daughter’s permission before showing her the drink options, which was just perfect. Angie was incredibly friendly and checked in on us throughout our meal. The entire experience was outstanding, and Angie’s exceptional service and warm attitude genuinely deserve recognition.

It tends to get busy between 12 PM and 2 PM, so be sure to give yourself a bit of extra time for the drive-thru, but the line moves along efficiently.
