??Praise Post! I'm not sure who owns Popeyes here in town (Baxley Ga. but I stop sometimes and get me a shrimp snack box to take to class with me. The young man working the drive thru tonight was very polite and respectful. He has a great customer service attitude. Full of Yes ma'ams and Thank yous Not the what else? Is that it? Worst manager I've ever dealt with. Not just unprofessional, just blatant negativity all around. Drove 30 mins home to open the wrong order that I just paid $30 for and tried to get a refund but she wouldn't let me speak, she yelled and spoke over me and said the dine in area was closed so I couldn't get a refund or the right food, not only that, she stated she would call the cops if I came up there since it was afte... Online discounts are great especially the 2 piece chicken box, $5.40 tax included. Love this place
It was awesome and I highly recommend it to anyone to give them a try for yourself the food was hot and fresh and the staff was friendly and polite to help with anything you asked them I will definitely be eating there with my family again
Friendly staff. Quick service. Chicken was very good!
Service is super slow nobody there acts like they want to work. My food is always wrong and taste like it's been under light all day. The prices are to high as well. This place will be next to go out of business.
Excellent service and chicken was so hot we had to wait to eat it. Counter staff was friendly and everyone seemed to work well together. Would rather eat here than other fast food options in town.
