The waitress informed me no one advised her they were out of slaw;so I was served not... read more Visited store in Baxley Georgia ordered fish basket with slaw as my side. The waitress informed me no one advised her they were out of slaw;so I was served not offered a choice ,waffle fries. I then odered regular fries with no salt. Wow, wished you couldhave seen the fish. Random guys came in to speak with the cook, one walked outside for 10-15 minutes with the cook. One randomguy walked in to speak with the waitress and they proceeded to the back. Too muchch traffic and food not cooked properly.

My brother literally had to go find out wai... read more Our poor waitress was just overwhelmed and on her own. Not a sole welcomed us, seated us or attempted to wait on us. My brother literally had to go find out waitress and it still took several minutes to get her to our table. The food and drinks are ok butnothing spectacular enough to make you forget about the LOUSY SERVICE. Get it together or expect to go out of businesspeople.????SMH

An... read more I arrived at Doc's Grill at 12:30 when there was only one other table occupied. After waiting 15 minutes with no service, I asked if someone could assist me. Another 15 minutes passed with no response, so I decided to leave. As I walked out, I noticed three employees leaning against the wall, laughing and chatting. I will not be returning.

This restaurant considers this medium well. They told me to drive back 30 minutes just to return the food for a refund. Another potential customer left because she w... read more We sat down and the waitress took our drink order, but we had to find our own menus and never received our drinks. Another potential customer left because she wasn’t attended to. After waiting about 15 minutes, we decided to leave as well. Additionally, the bathrooms were very dirty.
