We love or hate. like everything that's great. We love or hate. like everything that's great. The cuisine is greedy in its achievements (beurre, taste, contrasts). House bread does not make it easier to general impression (especially not whig). the aero in their way and purely decomposed! wines and advice will delight lovers. the reception is online: very neat, very pro, very classy with a difficult team. all will be judged too or too well for me is the best restaurant in the world: I feel so good, I have spent so many good times there. fan since my first visit in 2012, I only regret the stars that make the price increase a bit.
We went to lunch on Friday noon. First of all, despite a separate discussion, the server forces his hand in front of my guest to sell a bottle of champagne more expensive than we discussed. Of course, I didn't say anything about the fact, but I didn't appreciate the manoeuvre, except the service was impeccable. then we took the biggest menu to ask if the chef was in the kitchen! I'm sure not! certainly a good businessman but not always in the oven entrance with lobster and a pepper jelly etc. eat for each one, barely half then in the dish, a well prepared but without special taste: of holstein one does not come in a two star to eat of the reforming cow, and in a menu of 90 euros only dessert was excellent. I enjoyed the fact that has not the same claim several times, but there for the class that this restaurant is deemed to have, it was very disappointing.
A real treat, superb products, very generous in the servings, but better than not enough (as in some new restaurants here classic dishes and perfect preparation is of course a two-star and prices are accordingly.
1st visit as part of restaurants100 .l reception is simple, warm. the decor is sober, modern but rather dark. there are 3 small rooms, the mouths and the dishes follow at a sustained pace. The whole menu was exceptional! the originality of accompaniments, the cooking of fish and especially duck: perfection. wines are very well rewarded, to be discovered absolutely!
We went on Sunday 23/02/2013, noon and the only comment is simply excellent! the service , the frame , the attentive and discreet staff , the meal succulent and with the package drinks quite enough , we will go back and I strongly recommend it
