This Nando's is similar to others I have been to. The restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere made me feel like I could be anywhere other than Malaysia. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and would recommend trying their delicious food. View all feedback.
To order at this restaurant, you must download the app, as the QR code cannot be used for payment. It can be frustrating to spend time selecting food online. However, the service is fast and efficient, but the portions for sides are quite small.
The wait time was reasonable, order one quarter chicken with 2 sides and one mega chicken meal, all came in within 20 minutes. The floor staff was prompt with our requests.
Please note that you must order through their website after being seated. You can pay online and they will deliver the food to your table. The service is fast, the staff are friendly, the dining area is cozy, and the toilets are clean. However, parking is not very good.
The food and serving size were good as expected. The service crew are respectful, attentive and polite as well. However the place has been in no air conditioning mode for as long as I can remember. If it was fixed, you can guarantee the AC will only be be functioning in just a week or two before it will go out again. The management team should really take a look into this. Pity the service crew who are being continuously harassed and commented to sarcastically by customers who are dining in. Even their shirt's armpit were soaked and its not a sight to be seen in place like Nandos for hygienic purposes but even they could not help to perspire in the given environment. And the ordering process, you have to order via QR code PAY FIRST (if not your order will not be processed) and if you want to add anything later, you have to scan and order again and pay the service tax again and then the food will be served for you. Which is in my humble opinion not a great way to start the dining experience. The QR scan I can live with, but I believed customer should only pay once they are ready to pay, and not every time they want to order. Since Nandos is a family eating place, you should reconsider the ordering method. Might as well you do the fast food ordering process (order and pay at the counter), rather than this.
As usual good food. But portion seems have shrunk across all outlets. Taste maintained well.
