Being very familiar with the area, we couldn't believe this restaurant was undiscovered in our previous trips. The lunch each day we had was just amazing. The presentation, quality and freshness of the seafood was second to none, including the service! The atmosphere and decor was contemporary and welcoming. We cannot wait until our return trip. Bellantonio has now become our new favorite place to eat.

Based on Tripadvisor, we stopped at this location, at about 14:00 on a Th... read more We were in a need to eat, and relax, after a long drive and a tiring visit to Paestum. Based on Tripadvisor, we stopped at this location, at about 14:00 on a Thursday afternoon. Oh boy, what an experience. The service was very warm and attending, the food was plentiful, and very tasty, and the price was way more than fair .. it was 50% of what I expected it to be. Some more details: 1. We ordered two first dishes (potato souffle and eggplant pasta thing which were really good. However, we also got two more dishes not small at all on the house (small fried balls not sure of what , and brochette . 2. We ordered still water, and two glasses of white wine. 3. We got bread. 4. We has a Tuna fillet, and a mixed grilled fish (which was really a Tuna and calamari, octopus, shrimps, and another unrecognized shrimp like thing both dishes were very tasty, made out of fresh materials. For all the above, which was served with a smile, and timely (not rushing us, not letting us wait ... just in time , we were asked to pay 65 Euro. For this quality and quantity, this is a real find. Tipped them well.

The menu is novel and the wines of excellent quality. The locale is unfortunately not is a very good spot but his customers go there for the food not the views.

To our surprise we found a Gour... read more A great cook with a big passion for food and who knows not only to purchase fresh commodities but also know how to prepare them. To our surprise we found a Gourmet restaurant whith a very high standard and which was not only a delight to the palate, but was a tortal experience of good food art. And the story continues we did expect to pay a high price for our meals, but once more we were surprised with prices which was so low that we decided to visit the resturaunt several times in those 2 weeks we were staying in the area.
