Such a great Tavern. The service was wonderful and so friendly. The new menu is something to try. We had schnitzel, lamb shank and fish and chips and all I could say is compliments to the chef. The food was well cooked and hot when it arrived at our table. The table was cleared when we had finished eating while we were still there which was great. This is definitely a place I would go back to when holidaying in Caloundra. They also have accommodation on site if needed. Close to town.

Absolutely devine food and friendly service. Lamb shanks, melt in your mouth accompanied by creamy mash, definitely a must have. Great steak sandwich and well cooked chips. Large portion sizes. Sticky date pudding was just yum!

I attended the Melbourne Cup Day luncheon today, and it didn't disappoint. It was a fabulous day out to frock up and enjoy beautiful food and fun company. The staff were brilliant, available when needed and did what they could to make sure that everyone had an enjoyable time. The atmosphere was great and the host for the day was wonderful. Fun games and fashions on the deck. Thanks GBT!

Lovely welcoming pub, great atmosphere and food was delicious. Chef gave conflicting information on getting a menu and ordering. Received undressed coleslaw instead of the garden salads we ordered (which we understand alternative s had to be made), my husband asked for salad dressing and was sent to the bar, which was incorrect. Luckily all the other staff were amazing. Chrissy gets special mention for making an amazing cocktail and great customer service, would definitely visit again. Next visit hopefully 5 stars. Look after the amazing front of house staff doing the damage control and reward accordingly

My friends and I had a spontaneous visit to this restaurant and it exceeded our expectations! The staff provided excellent service, accommodating our last-minute addition to the table and cleaning up promptly with a smile. I especially enjoyed the convenience of ordering from the table and easily splitting bills. The bistro provided quick service, and the seniors menu pleased my friends with its mix and match options at reasonable prices. The main menu offered a variety of choices, and the indoor and outdoor seating, as well as separate bar and dining areas, were all clean and well-maintained. I will definitely return to this restaurant.
