This place needs to be shut down.

But I believe everyone deserves a... read more I decided to give Wing Stop another try after my first experience was a complete disappointment—wrong order and terrible food. But I believe everyone deserves a second chance, don't you? Unfortunately, I was mistaken. The boneless wings we ordered were inedible. There was hardly any chicken; it was mostly just greasy batter, and to make matters worse, they were so salty that I felt nauseous. This will definitely be my last attempt at their wings. I can't help but wonder how they stay in business with food this bad.

They really need to bring Audrey back; Wingstop hasn’t been the same since she left!

Ordered my food online and it told me waiting time was about an hour. It was a Friday so I understood. Showed up when my food was expected to be done and STILL... read more Ordered my food online and it told me waiting time was about an hour. It was a Friday so I understood. Showed up when my food was expected to be done and STILL had to wait another hour! Nobody greeted me even tho I walked in and out multiple times. Butevery other person before and after me got greeted. The kitchen workers (2 total on a Friday night) were arguing and yelling andthreatening to fight some customers that were unhappy with their orders. I had to walk out at one point because it felt sounsafe and like at any moment shots would pop off. They told me after 2 HOURS of waiting for my food that they were out offries. It took 2 hours for me to get 10 boneless wings and no fries. I asked for a refund instead and she said she couldn?t giveme one. Asked for a receipt to show what time I actually received my food vs when I ordered it, and she said she could not evenprint me a receipt. Hands down the worst location and worst staff I?ve experienced so far. No wonder I see so many wingstopmanagement positions on indeed every week. Smh. Hopefully management will address the issue with whoever worked night shift on.9/2/22

First time was a total bust, wrong order, bad food. But I think everyone deserves s second chance, right? WRONG. The boneless wings we got were uneatable. There was almost no chicken, it was 99% very greasy batter. If thatwasn?t bad enough, they were so salty, it made me nauseated. This was the last time I try their wings. I wonder how they stayin business with such awful food.
