I came here with my brother after seeing some very positive reviews. we have both the combo chickens and gyros plate and all the things I have read online were true! it was some of the best Mediterranean food I ever had, and that was supplemented by the great service we received. the portions were huge and the food was authentic and delicious! the restaurant is located in a beautiful place with a good atmosphere. What User doesn't like about Serop's Café:
I ordered the catfish plate and a chicken salad. Unfortunately, the fries were overcooked, and the fish was quite disappointing. I'm not sure if they've changed chefs recently, but the food was not at all enjoyable. I had heard many positive reviews about this restaurant, but my experience was disappointing. View all feedback.
What a wonderful place for lunch! I and my wife both got the Gyro Wraps at noon and we were impressed by the quaintness, the price and of course how amazingly good it was to eat. The gyro meat was so good. The Pommes were so good. Everything was so good. Large Soda Foundation to boot with the great classic red cups. Service was Top Notch, my drink was never immediately refilled. I'm absolutely back.
I came here with my brother after seeing some very positive reviews. We both got the combo chicken shawarma and gyros plate and all the things I read online were true! It was some of the best mediterrenean food I've ever had and this was complimented by the great service we received. The portion sizes were huge and the food was authentic and delicious! The restaurant is located in a nice spot with a good atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming here again perhaps with some more family.
This place was such a good find on our trip. We ordered lamb shank, meat grape leaves, fried cheese, kebbeh, meat pie, falafel, and combo plate (chicken gyro). Not one thing was bad. It was all delicious and full of flavor. Definitely recommend stopping in and trying anything on their menu.

This was my first experience at a Greek restaurant that served candied gyro meat. It resembled spam—very uniform and oddly processed. They charge $17 for the gyro plate, which is quite disappointing. It's unfortunate to see that they no longer offer their traditional dishes.
