Chilli Lodge - Batley

I've not eaten here but I did go to the shop next door, as I sat in my car I watched them get a delivery from spices and rice's (Batley curry shop) so save your self a few quid and go there and cook it your self.

I ordered at 5:46 PM, and my food was delivered within 30 minutes. However, my order was quite large, and I know it takes time to prepare such a meal properly. I would have been willing to wait an additional half hour for freshly cooked food rather than receiving what tasted like leftovers. The fact that it was clearly microwaved is concerning—I had some parts that were cold while others were hot. Normally, the food arrives piping hot. Overall, I'm just disappointed that my takeaway experience didn't measure up to the wonderful meal I had when dining in.

Chilli Lodge now on Bradford Road, Batley used to be in Tingley. Booked in advance for a dinner for 19 on Jan 18 and took advantage of their Wednesday night 5 courses for £14.95 deal. No drinks licence but Bargain Booze is next door. Everyone was impressed with the food, the service and the value. Hats off to the chef and helpers for coping with so many different orders for starters, mains and sundries from a big menu and getting them all to the table at the same time. Great food, amazing value. Well done Hassan and the back room staff. Recommended.

The order was missing items. The food was clap cold. Phoned up and the man was rude and argumentative on the phone saying the items were there when he sent them out, When he realised he was looking at the wrong order he still refused to put things right . we Asked if he could bring the missing items and he said no it’s too far to come . Aggressive and don’t deserve any custom . I personally would use them again Service: Delivery
