It took an uncomfortably long time for someone to take my order at this restaurant. Holding a baby, I was not keen on waiting at the counter to be served. It would be better for this cafe to offer table service if they are not prepared to take orders promptly. Surprisingly, my food arrived before my tea and even before my friends who had ordered before me. The croissant was disappointing, filled with cheap cheese and processed ham. My green tea was made using a tea bag and served in a metal pot that was too hot to hold. Overall, this cafe is not suitable for customers with young children.

I don't understand the negative reviews. My wife and I just had breakfast here, and she is gluten-free. There are plenty of options for her. The gluten-free apple pancakes were delicious. My bacon and eggs were cooked perfectly. The service was excellent and quick. I would give this place 6 stars if I could.

Lunch today. Eating was okay. The problem was the chairs around the long table where we sat. The chairs had a curved metal base which has stoppers at the front and back. My chair and some of the others didn't have the back... the stoppers when I shut down the chair, I slipped back and hurt my hand when I tried to stop my fall. My sister let her know what happened and brought me another chair for us. The lady came over the insecure chairs to another table. Didn't ask if I'm okay, I didn't say a word. Other customers asked if I was okay. I was disgusting about the lack of care. My sister asked for a take-off cup and she didn't even look at my sister. I'm not going back there.

Rude customer service when my partner asked about her allergy. Coffee was average and simple bacon and egg roll was burned

We have eaten here previously and it was great but came twice on this visit to Bathurst and the staff just could not care less. Our food waited on the pass for more than 5 minutes, no please or thank you, and general disdain. Food...was fine but not worth the poor service
