Carillon Fish Shop - Take Away

Food is consistently pretty good . Burgers are ok , fish not bad , battered SAVS average. Nothing remarkable about this shop but it's very clean & the 2 ladies that are usually working there look like they could do with a rest , they've been there for years , so like to support local people .

Visited this highly spoken about take away store in July. Was spoken to like I was a common begger by the young lady at the counter and the food was dry and tasteless, save for the ever present oil soaked flavor that abounded through everything. Will never visit again.

Been coming to this place for as long as i can remember. Authentic old style Greek cafe. Excellent hamburgers at $5 for a plain burger you cant go wrong. The battered Savs are to die for. If your after real burgers, fish & chips, steak sandwiches & fast food etc. Highly recommended especially the burgers and Savs.

Great on a cold day to get a hot packet of fish and chips to warm your hands and warm your belly - load up the vinegar

This place easily has best burgers. Old fashioned no fancy rubbish . Sensational battered sav's and real potato scallops not frozen. Recommend for sure. Service a little ordinary. Great old school fish n chip shop.
