Tim Hortons - Bathurst

Terrible counter service each time. They have one cashier for inside sales and even if they have a line out the door that one cashier has to do any and all drink orders before taking another order so if someone orders 8 drinks then the cash is unmanned for that time. Then the cashier also leaves to refill the large coffee containers and do other tasks even when there is a line out the door. In the meantime they have like 10 workers on drive thru not helping with the front cash orders. Terrible Service. And try ordering 30 timbits through drive-thru. I do it sometimes for a test just for fun and I usually get the same answer. Sorry sir, we do not sell 30 timbits. We only have 10s, 20s or 50s. Then I say OK so no 30s then, nevermind I guess and drive away.

I go here pretty much everyday because its close to my house and work , i cannot even count on one hand how many times my order is wrong .. I order the same thing everyday .. Small dark roast DD and i always end up getting somethibg completely different , some times not even coffee . Very frustrtating when i leave and notice its wrong and i dont have time to turn around . I know im not the only one either

Asked for 2 tripple tripple and they gave us 2 double doubles ??

I was greeted and helped with excellent customer service, had trouble looking at the menu for options cause it flicks faster than I can read. But a kind young gentleman by the name of Andre helped me with my order very kindly. Good work Tim's at this location. I will always stop here.

I ordered a small bailey's coffee and it was so awful ? I won't take it
