Chef Joel Aubie dnd his great little team pull of delicious, fresh and simple but sophisticated dishes, served in a warm and friendly way. I stumbled on this place accidentally. I liked it so much that I booked again the next night. I can’t wait to return.

The chef is a skilled craftsman and a delightful entertainer. I thoroughly enjoyed the lobster galettes, pork belly, and arrancini - each dish was equally delicious. The drinks and cocktails were also perfectly made. I am heading back to Calgary now, thank you Joel! I look forward to visiting again in the future. Cheers!
