I've been a fan of Al's for years in Campbellton. I was so happy they opened in Bathurst. The pizza is bar none. They use a stone oven. Makes the crust so good.... read more I've been a fan of Al's for years in Campbellton. I was so happy they opened in Bathurst. The pizza is bar none. They use a stone oven. Makes the crust so good. They make their own sauce in house. It's so good. Fresh ingredients. This location in Bathurst had something that the Campbellton location doesn't have....Calzone the donair Calzone are my favorite. Tons of meat. It's like a 12 inch pizza dough folded on half,stuffed with either pizza toppings or my favorite donair meat. Then deep fried. The deep frying brings out the natural sugars in the dough and is got a sweet taste. With the donair dipping sauce to boot. It's heaven. If your not impressed I would be greatly surprised. Don't expect vegan or gluten free. This is an extremly tasty place but not on the Tour of 10 most healthiest place to eat lol. Just delicious!
