What Monika Steiner doesn't like about Wagamama:
we usually love wagamama. but the service in the filiale in bath was the worst we ever had. the personal just didn't seem to care, we had the green tee and it was lukewarm, my partner complained. we got replacement cups, but as he wanted the same to be refilled by the same person. the young man who served us just didn't seem to want to be there. on the plus side, eating was acceptable. just a scandal about the person... I arrived to the site at and was told please wait outside and someone will come and get you. Over minutes had passed and a lot of other tables had gone straight in I assumed they had a booking. I then came back...inside and waited a further minutes until a server finally noticed me. I was shown to a table.
