Chloe knew so much about the stock and helped me with ordering a coffee and picking some food.... read more I visited today and was greeted by the most welcoming young lady. Chloe knew so much about the stock and helped me with ordering a coffee and picking some food. She clearly loves what she does and brings a smile to those around her. She was motivating the team and helped everyone who asked. You rarely see this with young people now but this pret really has staff who care. My wife comes daily and has said how welcoming she is to customers and after today I see why she comes everyday. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
