I had an excellent first experience dining out after discovering my gluten intolerance. Upon arrival, the staff took the time to explain the menu and discuss my dietary needs. I was able to access the full list of allergens by scanning a QR code. I was thrilled to learn that all pizzas can be made with gluten-free dough, and they even offer vegan cheese. I had dinner there at night, and the staff was very attentive. The pizza and pasta were both excellent.
They offer gluten-free pizza bases served on separate boards from the regular pizzas. The pizza is fantastic!
