Gourmet Burger Kitchen - Bath

The food at this restaurant is excellent, but I believe the staff can improve on their customer service skills and be more friendly.

The restaurant was very busy and quite loud. The cheeseburger and sweet potato chips were delicious and simple. We had to wait a little longer than 15 minutes for our food, but we did receive a complimentary meal.

My party of four waited for half an hour to be seated at the restaurant. After we ordered, two meals arrived promptly, but it took an additional 15 minutes for the other two meals to be served.

Three friends and I visited this restaurant on Monday, April 30th. It was a great place with a wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food. The server was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. I accidentally left a bag with some spa products in it, and when I returned to the restaurant, she met me halfway to return it. I wish I had gotten her name or at least a note from her, as she really went above and beyond to help us. Thank you!

I was in the mood for a burger after work, so I decided to stop by this place for a quick bite. The venue is fantastic, located in the arches, with very friendly staff and delicious food. I tried the vegan burger and was very satisfied. We also shared a side of onion rings that were surprisingly large and tasty. Overall, it was a great dining experience, with no complaints about the presentation.
