What advcards likes about Coeur De Lion:
Tried the apple cider on tap and it was really good. I would have preferred it to be colder, but it was still enjoyable. The food came out quickly and was fresh. They also have seating available upstairs. View all feedback. What freeburobe doesn't like about Coeur De Lion:
Had lunch on Sunday beef was TERRIBLE fatty and chewy. (A good work out for the arms trying to cut. The veg was ok and drinks good. My son enjoyed his scampi and chips. The lady serving must of been having a bad day I wont judge, she may have had some terrible news that morning. Some of the money was refunded, however a meal to forget. View all feedback.

read moreThe Coeur De Lion Pub in Bath offers a unique and cozy atmosphere, making it a favorite among locals and visitors alike. While some reviewers had mixed experiences with the food and service quality, many praised the authentic and historical feel of the pub. The Steak and Ale pie was a standout dish for many, with one reviewer even going as far as to hunt down similar pies all over the UK after trying it at Coeur De Lion. Despite some minor issues, such as slow service and inconsistent food quality, the overall consensus is that this hidden gem is definitely worth a visit for its character, friendly staff, and charming ambience.
After a long day of walking around lovely Bath, my friends & I were absolutely famished.
Like a bar bloodhound, I have always had a good nose for sniffing out the coolest pub or bar.
About a one minute walk from the tourist trap chain pubs you will find this delightful pub - make the effort to hunt it down! The staff were warm, friendly
