the portions were quite small in comparison to what I am used to, but the eating itself was freshly cooked and could not be fault-free. the staff were very friendly and were attentive during our visit. one I commented at that time, was the fact that the was better if it were more herby, it tasted like the sausage used in a sausage in a chip shop. When they visit bath, they can simply overwhelmed by the choice of the place to discover and where to stop for a bit a beautiful coffee and a great breakfast. we have probably thought about 20 minutes where we go until we saw cafe retro around the corner. it was the perfect stop! great atmosphere, good selection of delicious food and drink. it really helped us relax before they go back to enjoy the tourist games! if they are in bath, they should make a stop.

It is a nice cozy place with really friendly staff. it is perfect for families and groups of people. I ordered the retro English breakfast. I also ordered a single shot latte, but I got a double shot. the coffee is not worth ordering how it was burned and took old to cool off. but the manager was beautiful and I didn't even ask for a refund when she told me she would refund the coffee I didn't touch at all. 4 stars for service and breakfast.
Lovely breakfast. Very friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit.
Good food and kids love the childrens menu too!
