I had an excellent experience during my visit! The food and drinks were top-notch, and everything was spotlessly clean. I particularly want to shout out to the server, who was speedy and professional—I wish I could remember his name! The atmosphere was perfect for enjoying the menu variety on offer. Overall, a fantastic time and I left feeling really satisfied! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
Excellent service. Delicious food. We were served by a wonderful waitress Aninha, attentive, positive and fast. We took 3 courses from the menu and did not regret it. We will definitely visit Bill’s next time we are in Bath. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We wandered into Bill's just for a drink. Our waiter was quick and efficient, providing excellent service. Since it was raining, we moved inside, where Liz and Ana went above and beyond to show us what wonderful hospitality looks like. They were knowledgeable about local fare and even surprised one member of our group with a thoughtful gift. Unbeknownst to us, they took the time to run to a nearby store while we enjoyed our drinks and returned with a bag of crumpets for the person who had never heard of or tasted them before. We will definitely be recommending Bill's in Bath to everyone we know visiting from the US, just as we did. Meal type: Other Price per person: £70–80 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

To be honest, I couldn't fully appreciate the decor because of how crowded it was, but I did notice that the windows offered nice views. Our table had a pleasant outlook, although all the tables are quite close together, which makes sense given the restaurant's popularity. I hope to have more time to enjoy the atmosphere on my next visit. I ordered the gluten-free avocado toast with eggs, while my daughter had the garden plate, which she finished completely. I recommend giving it a try and I'd love to hear what your favorite dish is!
We visited Bill's after a trip to the baths, attracted by their lovely outdoor seating and a decent crowd. Unfortunately, the menu displayed outside didn’t match the one they provided us, which was disappointing since there were several options on the outdoor menu that I would have liked to try. I did enjoy the black and gold burger, which was quite tasty with real gold and a rich truffle flavor. Just a heads up, it was a bit messy, so I recommend asking for extra napkins if you order it. The fries were also excellent. The only downside was that even though we had plenty of time to order, eat, and pay, we had to request the check multiple times towards the end of our meal, which almost caused us to miss our bus due to the delay.

While I didn 't necessarily love Bill 's, my mom did. So much so we ended up there multiple times during our stay in Bath. It 's conveniently located, and despite how busy it always seems to be, the turnover is pretty high so the wait is never too long! Plus there 's a TON to look at since every space and shelf is packed with things to purchase. The staff here is super nice some of the nicest in the industry in this city; so friendly, so accommodating we had some wonderful chats with them and appreciated how quick they were to wrong a right... Which they had to do both times we came here because our order was either messed up or forgotten about. The first time, my food and drink came out... my mom 's never did. After about a half hour we finally got the attention of a server. In the end a manager came over to apologize because they never put that part of our ticket in the kitchen 's system. The second time we came here, my mom 's food came out immediately... but our drinks never did. We asked someone about them, and twenty minutes later our pot of tea and americano showed up. Only the americano had mostly splashed out of the cup so the server went to get me a new one. Twenty minutes after that we asked that same server where the americano was and he said he had asked someone else to get it. The service is just all over the place here, and for it to happen both times we came, we know it wasn 't just an off day. The food is alright my mom loved her scones and jam (they brought over three Bill 's branded jams [strawberry, raspberry, orange] the first time; the second time the scones were a bit burned. I had the smashed avocado on toast with two poached eggs it was flavorful and healthy, but nothing I would necessarily need to come back for.
This is a fantastic lunch spot in Bath, but it can get really busy! It’s a good idea to make a reservation beforehand, or you might end up waiting in line. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were quite satisfying. My friend ordered the classic English breakfast, while I had the Chicken Shawarma. The hummus was particularly tasty!

I was very impressed with the restaurant's knowledge regarding food allergies. They have an allergy manager on-site and offer a gluten-free menu.

Fantastic service and delicious food! I made a reservation at Bill's after being disappointed by another restaurant's gluten-free options, and I'm so glad I did. It turned out to be the best meal we had! There was an extensive selection of dishes, all bursting with flavor. The staff were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly. Overall, a wonderful experience!
The restaurant offers a spacious gluten-free menu. The staff inquired about allergies as soon as we arrived. Dishes were clearly marked with “allergy” flags. I ordered the chicken shawarma plate, which included gluten-free pita, and I also added a side of gluten-free fries. Overall, I was very satisfied with the meal!
The food and staff were exceptional. Every server was knowledgeable and attentive. I enjoyed the delicious halloumi appetizer, followed by Bill’s fish pie, which was also very tasty.
Great options. A gluten free menu and online they had another section to see even more intolerances. Worth it!

To bath or not to bath, that is the question! This place was awesome to visit and the food was even better.
