Better care of shared facilities in the common room. no water in dispenser, had to walk 2 flights of stairs to fill kettle from bathroom, no coffee cups left in the morning, only plastic water cups. also very little coffee left in jar. fridge smelled terrible. dont bother with this place.

I am in bed wearing thermal leggings, thermal base layer, my normal pjs, my coat and my hat. Thankfully I work outside for a living so have decent warm layers. UPDATE- after long delay they attempted to rectify the situation and small heater provided. Was eventually able to remove coat and hat.
