lovely outdoor seating. we only had 15 mins and the person serving us gave our things in takeaway unprompted in case we didn’t have time to finish. great service. and the takeaway packaging al liked recyclable/compostsble which was great! menu had a number of vegan cakes/treats. would love to come here for brunch one day, menu looked great. I regret to say that I didn't enjoy my experience here. I found the food disappointing in terms of taste, quality, and portion size. However, based on the other reviews, it seems I might be in the minority. Overall, I was quite let down. That said, since most others seem to enjoy it, you might have a better experience.

I’m lucky enough to have this wonderful cafe right on my doorstep, and frequently visit for a coffee or something to eat. The menu is entirely vegetarian, but everything on the menu can be made vegan with a few substitutes. Michelle and Nick are always so welcoming, and Georgina out front is super accommodating. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
Very good and juicy
I absolutely love Rooted! Been eating here for several years now and I’ve always had a brilliant meal. Such delicious food that’s so unique I could never cook anything like this at home. I had the full Indian breakfast (which I was too desperate to eat before taking a photo! with some “Hot Honey Hash” that was amazing. Service was brilliant and all the staff were super friendly, particularly Georgina who looked after us so well; really attentive, knew the menu inside out and was so fun and friendly. One of my favourite spots in Bath for sure! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian Vegetarian options: Great range of veggie and vegan options but delicious food for all (I’m a meat eater and this was superb! Dietary restrictions: My friend is Gluten Free and there was a whole GF menu which had loads of options
