Just the most gorgeous place. A real heaven for us vegans who want a beautiful dining experience without feeling like our options are an afterthought though. Plants really are the stars of the show here. Oak feels welcoming and restorative simply in its vibe and decor, even before you’ve been met by one of the friendly, helpful team. The food is just magic, and our friend who is a lover of meat and dairy loved it too. We all agreed the houmous in particular was the best we’d ever had. I loved the arancini! The presentation was beautiful, the flavours were varied and impeccably well balanced. Don’t sleep on the cocktails either, my friend claims to have had the best vodka cocktail of her life at Oak, and the raspberry spritz was really lovely. Dog friendly too Oak really has it all! Simply outstanding vegetarian food. I'm a meat eater, but my partner is vegetarian and I'd heard it's the kind of place that carnivores love. They were right, this is superbly cooked and generous sharing plates of vegetarian food. 2-3 plates per person recommended (we split the difference with five between two, and would have been fine with four or six). The bread is a huge highlight, so make sure you opt for the aubergine foccacia, and the hummus with homemade flatbread. We'll definitely be back! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

Huge surprise stumbles on this place and discover their almost all vegan menu. they mostly share platings that when they are a curious vegan, is an exciting opportunity to try new taste and technique combos show herbal ingredients. it was not so important that it was hunted by every court especially, but it was so damn close they earn 100% a visit.

Friendly little vegan and vegetarian restaurant on a way from the abbey square, near the popular bun shop. I had only time for suppe and coffee, but it was really magical -served with really fantastic brot. can not wait to come back!
