I wish they would wait until a Dasher picks up the order before preparing it, as it's always cold by the time it arrives.
I just don’t understand how it takes an hour to prepare food at Wendy’s when it’s usually ready by the time I reach the drive-thru window. This isn’t the first time this has happened.
