Subway - Bath

I would like to give a special mention to the employee who efficiently handled a challenging situation at the restaurant. Jermaine, if I remember correctly, stepped in to assist when their boss had to deal with a difficult customer problem and then abruptly left, leaving Jermaine and another trainee to manage the increasing number of customers. Jermaine worked quickly, fixing any mistakes that arose amidst the chaos, all while maintaining a positive attitude. Thank you, sir, for handling the situation so well!

I always have a great experience at this Subway. I used to be familiar with the friendly staff, but I'm not sure who works there now. The subs are consistently delicious and the store is always clean. Keep up the good work, everyone!

We were waiting in line behind a family who were not fluent in English. The waitress serving them was making an effort, but unfortunately, the trainer was incredibly rude. She was disrespectful to her colleague, the customers in line ahead of us, and to us. She was muttering under her breath and slamming things around. We decided to get our food to go and did not confront her. Subway needs to improve their customer service, as this individual should not be working in the service industry. I did not catch her name, but she had a messy appearance with shaved hair on the sides and the demeanor of a hostile individual.

This restaurant is located inside a gas station, right next to the station itself. The interior is well-maintained, cleaner than the gas station floors. The staff turnover has been high, and I haven't visited much since Covid. The food is decent, but the line can be long with only 2 or 3 workers on duty at a time. There is always someone sitting in the booth on the right side wall, separating the gas station from the restaurant. It could be an old man, an employee on break, or a trucker listening to something on his earpiece. It's best not to sit there as it is usually occupied.

Went in to the SUB BOO WAY at 9pm, and No Freaking Cookies available, very disappointed Service: Take out Meal type: Other
