Almost 20 years ago, I moved from your area to Alabama. This year at Christmas when my uncle came to visit, he brought me things from home, including a schoofen cake and scrap and a box of your delicious raspberry and walnut ciffles. They are absolutely as fantastic and amazing as I remember them! What a pure pleasure to have something from my childhood. Thank you for continuing this delicious tradition and providing.

My husband and his sister have been talking about her grandmother's riffles for years. I was thrilled to find your bakery a year ago or so before online, and they both agree that your ciffles are every bit as delicious as their German grandmother made. I just surprised myself again with some for Father's Day. What a addictive treatment are they! We need to visit the bakery in person one day.

These were received as an unexpected gift. Oh, WOW! Like we enjoyed her. This is an understatement for us are now addicted to these very tasteful delicate pastries, not excessively sweet, but TASTEFUL. Breathe them as a light snack, after breakfast and lunch and dessert after dinner. OH YES also for our nightly 10pm snack.

I was just going to grab a dozen and a half a riffles yesterday. I was surprised to see (if you have one in the car because he can wait until they come home Haha) that they are a little bigger than when I got them before. So whether someone had a heavy hand or that you decided to give your customers that little extra, I love it.... the size go!
