Today was my 1st time using this Subway And probably my last. The girl working did a very good job Making the sandwich and was very polite. She scanned my phone... read more Today was my 1st time using this Subway And probably my last. The girl working did a very good job Making the sandwich and was very polite. She scanned my phone with the Subway app And I walk out to my car. The Indian lady which I am guessing runs it or owns it came running out to me with her hands waving yelling at me that I needed to pay. At this point me being confused I walked back in with my phone to see what the issue was. She asked to see the receipt which I gave her And I told her my card is connected to my phone and the girl scanned it. She told me that that location To take payment by phone App. The entire time she stood over me while I paid in cash At the register. I apologised and told her I did not realise that they did not take at payments like the other stores.She continued to be rude and act like I was really going to steal 1' long sandwich. Never in my life have I had such horrible customer service over a simple mistake.
