I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin' location. It was late in the afternoon when we placed our order and asked them to warm up our items, but they completely ignored our request. They handed us our coffee, which was barely warm, along with our croissants. When we inquired about it, they said we should have mentioned it sooner. While the staff was friendly, the owner was quite rude. I'm definitely not going back to this place.

I always rely on my Dunkin' coffee, and they prepare it perfectly at this location!

If I could rate this place with zero stars, I definitely would. This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. The staff seemed completely disinterested, and I ordered two hash browns that took nearly 15 minutes to be served. When they finally arrived, they were cold and hard. I strongly recommend steering clear of this location!

I have been visiting this Dunkin' about once a week since last August. Alexa, one of the employees, is excellent and definitely deserves a raise. The gentleman who I believe is the manager is also very good. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the rest of the staff—many have been rotated out since last year, and most of the new employees seem to lack important skills. I’m not sure why, as I rarely had any issues before. This Dunkin' location is very convenient for grabbing coffee, and it would be a shame to have to go farther away just for a cup. Overall, certain employees truly deserve a raise, while others clearly need more training to understand the menu and provide good service.

This is the best Dunkin' experience I’ve had so far! I forgot my credit card, and the cashier/coffee maker kindly paid for my coffee. What’s amazing is that he had no idea how exhausted I was and how much this gesture meant to me. He’s truly a genuine person! By the way, he made my coffee perfectly from the Dunkin' menu!
