The only downside is that the parking lot is really small, making it difficult to wait or sometimes even find a place to park.

The gentleman... read more I have gone to this dunkin just about once a week every week since last august. The girl Alexa there is very good and definitely deserves a raise. The gentleman who I think is a manager is also really good. I can’t say the same for the others—everyone seems to have been rotated out from last year and most of the new employees lack important skills. I don’t know why this is as I hardly had any issues before. This is a convenient spot for me to go get coffee and it would be a shame to have to go farther away for a cup. All in all, select employees deserve a big raise and some really do not know what they are doing.

It was late in the afternoon when we placed our order and asked them to warm up our items, but they completely ignored our request. They handed us our coffee, which was barely warm, along with our croissants. When we inquired about it, they said we should have mentioned it sooner. While the staff was friendly, the owner was quite rude. I'm definitely not going back to this place.
