I call and the phone isn?t active nobody to talk to.

Quick, easy, fresh and delicious! Interacting with these folks is so pleasant. The way I remember Dunkin' Donuts from a decade ago. Still just drive through only, but hoping that will change going forward. Maybe all Dunks will go back tothe non hand burning foam cups that stay hotter longer. I use to hit the Dunk 2x daily. Now I usually only stop once or twiceweekly

Since there’s no indoor service, they should be able to keep the line moving smoothly. A few times, I’ve had to leave because the wait was just too long, and people need to get to work. The menu is great, but the slow service makes it frustrating.

There was no explanation for the l... read more I waited 35 minutes in the Dunkin' drive-thru on a Monday morning at 10 a.m., only to find out they were out of plain bagels. There was no explanation for the long wait, and to make matters worse, the front doors were locked. Not a great experience, especially when you’re eager to check out their menu.
