Fries were salty but the service was great. Dining room was clean.

Worst restaurant in bath order at 7pm waited 3 hours for them to cancel my order so not only have I waited 3 hours I'm now not getting what I payed for at all

5-stars because you need it. BK used to be a fine dining institution but it remains a shell of it's former glory. This bath location is what it is, maybe demo the building and start over?

Favorite Burger King to order from. Is always fast and efficient and the workers are always kind.

Food is what you expect from Burger King. But the service was awful. Not just because we had to wait a long time without being acknowledged (solid 15 minutes) let alone an order taken, but the manager complained about staff and soft serve machine not being ser up correctly by an employee, and stayed they didn 't have the time to fiddle with it. It 's not appropriate to down talk you staff. Just state it 's broken and move on. A pain point with Burger Kings is constant lately with soft serve machines not working. But that aside, acknowledge customers when they walk in and state they will be helped momentarily. To have everyone in front of you moving around taking drive through orders for 15 minutes without a hello- we know you are here is poor business. And stay away from blaming staff. if you are a manager, you are responsible for success and failure points, at least from a customer 's perspective. I am not likely to return here any time soon.
