Domino's Pizza - Batesville

They make good pizza, however they do not honor the if you don 't have your food to your car within 2 minutes, you get a free pizza . I tried the car side service one time and learned my lesson. Someone inside stopped the clock at 1 min 42 seconds and I sat there another 5 10 minutes to which nobody even brought the pizza outside and I had to go in to get my order even though I requested the car side service.

Need to get the credit card machine fixed. This is not anyone who works there fault. Owner/ management problem.

Place is short staffed SO BE KIND!!Workers bust their behinds to get the orders out the best they can.Grands love this pizza place the best in town.Other than MIGHT have to wait a few extra minutes for the pizza- we’ve got no complaints. If a mistake is made- staff does their best to rectify the issue.Thank y’all for all you do!

The delivery service is amazing but the customer service from inside the store isnt as nice even when you talk to them over the phone.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! In Batesville your order will be kicked out??? Will be ready the next day!! WHAT THE….?!! Sorry, you’ll have to wait 45 mins for us to prepare it now! Ordered today at 10 am for 4:30 pm pick up!! Have a confirmation and they still deny any wrong in their behalf!!ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! Manager was very hateful n yelled at me as I left the store!!Haven’t eaten there in 3 years now I remember why!!The worst ever!!
