What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut Bateau Bay:
I ordered pizza and dessert, but the dessert never arrived, and the pizza I requested with extra tomato sauce came without any sauce at all. I tried to call to resolve the issue, but I was on hold for 35 minutes only to be told by the automated system that the line was closed. This is really disappointing. Ordered Pizza’s tonight to have while watching the Bunnies game,had to wait ages as the store was so busy. Super impressed by the way such a young Crew were getting through such a busy time several times they apologised for the long wait. Now I know why I haven't had a bought pizza in years. I bought my pizza on Sunday and the ingredients and sauce tasted like the week's leftovers. Dreadful!!
