I ordered pizza and dessert, but the dessert never arrived, and the pizza I requested with extra tomato sauce came without any sauce at all. I tried to call to resolve the issue, but I was on hold for 35 minutes only to be told by the automated system that the line was closed. This is really disappointing. I spent $62, and it definitely wasn't worth even $10. I want my dessert and a proper pizza with the extra sauce... View all feedback.

Absolutely frustrating!!! Placed an order online and paid. Watched the automated tracking online. States that it's getting ready to be delivered for the past 40 minutes. Tried calling pizza hut and automated voice tried to put me through to the store but no one is answering!!!! Called 3 x times! No answer! How can a food business be run like this?!!! Answer the phone!!!
I drive past 3 different pizza huts to go to crest haven. I love the pizza here
Now I know why I haven't had a bought pizza in years. I bought my pizza on Sunday and the ingredients and sauce tasted like the week's leftovers. Dreadful!!
