I stopped in this morning while running a dozen err... read more Food may be good, but the young woman who waited on me needs a lesson in customer service and communication. I stopped in this morning while running a dozen errands to order several subs for later pick up for a goodbye lunch for an employee at a local group home. I mentioned offhand that I had tried to do it online (kind of apologizing for making her stop and take the order) but the system stopped me from ordering more than 6 items (I needed 8). Well, she says by way of justification, if you think about it, it 's really hard to fill an order from a receipt... and she added for good measure if you THINK about it again. WHAAAT?? If YOU think about it sweetie, other food establishments encourage on line orders, and it is also nice as a food service worker, to have a sense of what 's coming and when on a busy day. I was so flummoxed by her attitude I am 3 times her age, have worked (as a kid) both restaurants and retail, and actually have no way of knowing the mechanism by which an online order is presented to the employees. Nor should I be expected to know. Manager take note.
