Dunkin' - Batavia
Dunkin'
Description
A popular morning stop praised for its upbeat, friendly staff—especially manager Samantha—and reliably good coffee and quick service, this location wins regulars with warm smiles and efficiency. However, operational inconsistencies shadow the praise: repeated order errors, missing mobile orders, occasional burnt breakfast items, packaging shortages, and at least one hostile customer-service incident involving a refused refund have left some patrons frustrated. The overall impression is a beloved neighborhood coffee shop with strong people skills but uneven execution that occasionally undermines the experience.

I go here like every other day as it is right down the street from my house, and I've never had an incorrect order and the service is quick. The manager Samantha is super sweet, and the staff as a whole is always very friendly. Even during the rough covid times, where I'm sure its been extra stressful to be in the restaurant industry, they seem to be always working their butts off!
Fast, efficient and accommodating service at this location. The GM Samantha is very sociable and provides excellent customer service as well as training her staff to do the same. Great experience every time :
I've been stopping at this Duncan since last week I just got introduced to it because it's on my route to work. I must say the customer service is there is great today I was little early to receive a iced coffee but the sweet manager Samantha still let me get it. Definitely will be here every chance I get
We came from Skokie, Samantha was VERY VERY SWEET.! Would definitely stop by again. service 10/10. SAMNATHA FOR THE WIN!. Donuts was very fresh.!
Last two times I've gone here and got a dozen donuts there was a very limited selection but I would get it home to my family and the first time they were so stale that nobody in the house would eat them and I ended up having to cook everybody breakfast. The second time I went, I got about the same donuts. Again it dozen donuts and all of them where sale. When I went back for a refund the 2nd time and to return the donuts, they claimed because there were three donuts that had three bites taken out of them they couldn't refund me. I told them that was my family biting into them and realizing they were sale. if you notice it was one bite and they were put back in the box. Hence why I'm asking for a refund and returning them. Still it didn't matter in their eyes and I didn't get a refund. If you're in the Batavia area I suggest going to the Dunkin donuts on Randall or going to dimple donuts on Wilson. Coffee is good here but sandwiches are always horrible and the donuts are always stale
