The manager Samanth... read more I go here like every other day as it is right down the street from my house, and I've never had an incorrect order and the service is quick. The manager Samantha is super sweet, and the staff as a whole is always very friendly. Even during the rough covid times, where I'm sure its been extra stressful to be in the restaurant industry, they seem to be always working their butts off!

Twice, they only gave us one sandwich when we ordered t... read more They used to be much better, but the last couple of times I've ordered from there, it hasn't been great. Twice, they only gave us one sandwich when we ordered two, and recently, their hash browns have been really disappointing—burnt and dry, like they were pre-made and then microwaved. The tater tots are usually my favorite, but I've had to throw them away both times. I don't think I'll be returning for a while.

T... read more I usually don’t like to leave comments or complaints, but this location has a habit of messing up our orders, and sometimes mobile orders go missing entirely. Today, I went to pick up my mobile order and was informed that they never received it and suggested I check other nearby locations. I looked, and the app confirmed it was supposed to be from this location. When I went inside, I found my order sitting on the counter already!
