Domino's Pizza - Batavia

We ordered the loaded tater tots, and I opted for the Philly cheesesteak version. Unfortunately, the bottom was burnt, making it dry and hard to eat.

I order from this Domino's 1 to 4 times a month, and they consistently get my order correct. It's always prepared quickly and served hot, and the staff is always friendly. I usually pick up my orders at the window, and I've never had any issues. The only time they made a mistake with my order, they fixed it immediately with a smile!

I truly love everything on their menu, from pizzas and hoagies to breads and dips—everything is just fantastic! They are consistently fast and reliable, and their prices are unbeatable. I order from here all the time, and on the rare occasion I encountered an issue out of the thousands of times I’ve ordered, they resolved it right away and to my full satisfaction. The staff is always courteous and goes above and beyond to ensure that customers get what they pay for and receive it promptly!

Tried ordering online using the free upgrade to large from medium two topping of 6.99 each if you bought two or more coupon. First off I called the Batavia Dominos store and informed the manager that the app was still just leaving both of the pizzas as medium by the time I went to check out. And asked The manager for help and what to do to upgrade one to a large like the coupon said but the manager was no help at all trying to place this order. He said he has no control over the app which I understand. So I tried asking again what do I do. Well I ended up trying to call a different dominos 15 minutes away to order and got the same deal as stated for the coupon and was being charged less than what the app was saying for the same exact order as I was trying to place online. Dominos you need to get it fixed. And have better customer service at Batavia Dominos.
