Cheese more often when most of our kids were under 10, and we recently went on a school day off to find it updated. My kids miss the Chuck E. nose they used to rub on the way in, though it was probably a germ hotspot. Many of the games are now more like beginner slot machines, but they still have classic ski ball, basketball, adventure, and driving games. There’s also a good selection of rides for preschoolers. The prizes are quite expensive, although tickets are easy to earn (it would be nicer if the tickets loaded directly onto the game cards instead of giving out physical tickets). It’s an easy way to spend a couple of hours and around $50 or more, and their pizza is pretty good, though not cheap.

I wanted to buy a gift card since the self-... read more I had a disappointing visit to Chuck E. Cheese, mainly because of the unfriendly attitude of the cashier, Angelique. I wanted to buy a gift card since the self-service machine wasn’t working. When I approached her, she seemed distant and just pointed to the menu without saying a word. After I made my choice, I tried to interact with her, but she stayed silent and didn’t even say a simple "thank you." It’s really disappointing to experience such a cold attitude in a place meant for fun. If she’s not up for providing a friendly atmosphere where people come to enjoy themselves, this might not be the right job for her. Sadly, my first impression of the restaurant was spoiled by the staff’s lack of warmth.

The staff were outstanding, and the lively atmosphere included a large room buzzing with loud music and many happy children enjoying themselves.

I attempted to buy a card because the self-service m... read more I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the cashier, Angelique. She was incredibly rude. I attempted to buy a card because the self-service machine didn't provide change, so I approached her for help. However, it felt like she was silent; she just pointed at the menu without saying a word. After I made my selection, I tried to engage her in conversation, but she remained uncommunicative. There were no words of acknowledgment or even a simple "thank you." If she's not in the mood to work in an environment where people come to enjoy themselves, perhaps this isn't the right job for her. It's disheartening to arrive for a good time only to be met with such negative attitudes from the staff.

We will be back again, but please fix your machines out of respect for your customers.
