The place was relatively clean, although the games didn’t provide many tickets. All the children had a fantastic time, and I appreciated the salad bar and appetizers. Overall, it was a lovely visit and a great birthday celebration.

I highly recommend this venue for younger children's birthday celebrations. There were delicious pizzas, yummy dipping points, cakes, and a variety of games to enjoy! Chuckie made an appearance, and the kids absolutely loved spending time with him. I truly suggest bringing your kids here for an enjoyable experience. I give it a 10/10! The place was also exceptionally clean, including all of their facilities!

The pizza was delicious, but we encountered some issues with customer service. There was a mistake with our order, and we ended up having to discuss the issue with the manager about something that should have been resolved right away. It's not ideal to stress customers out on what should be a joyful occasion. In the end, the manager stepped in to help, but it felt like they thought we were just trying to get something for free; we simply wanted what we had paid for.
